2 c. chopped green Zebra toms (OK, so you can use just about any tomato for this recipe and it will be good, but try and find this one and it will be great)
2 t. salt
¼ c. finely chopped Hungarian Hot Wax peppers or jalapenos
2 green onions finely sliced
½ c. cilantro leaves
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
1. Combine tomatoes and salt.
2. Let sit as you chop and add other ingredients.
3. Toss everything together, let sit 10 minutes and dig in.
We love these in the Roadhouse for making a nice green salsa with a tart, almost citrusy flavor.
