Music speaks to everyone, and if you’re interested we’d love to have you. We can’t pay you, but we can help with the promotion and feel free to bring a tip jar and as much merchandise as you’d like to swing. The outdoor atmosphere provides a relaxed background with occasional challenges such as rain, the sound of cars, and the smell of the barbeque pit. The Westside Farmers’ Market is a family event. Our visitors’ ages range from newborn to elderly and we strive to provide a pleasant experience for everyone and still achieve a varied and interesting experience. We are a summertime outdoor market that is currently based on the tarmac outside of Zingerman’s Roadhouse. As the summer starts, you can find us on the corner of Stadium and Jackson, just off the Jackson exit of I-94, (heading in the direction of downtown Ann Arbor). The Westside Farmers’ Market boasts a rich community of vendors; including seasonal fruits and veggies, locally raised meat, poultry and eggs, handmade chocolate, baked goods, and beautiful flowers. The Westside Farmers’ Market sees 500 – 900 people per market, and having a diverse outlook is part of our commitment to these people: especially in the sense of providing them with a unique and absorbing experience. Every season we work towards expanding our base to include the local environment in the experience of goods and services provided by the community and for the community.
